For concluding the pension contract you should visit our office, learn the terms of the contract, Articles of Association of the fund, pension schemes, and if necessary with other normative documents, choose a program on which the non-government pension provision will be carried out after.
To provide the followings documents:
- passport;
- Ukrainian tax ID;
- if a pension contract is concluded on behalf of the third persons, it is necessary to give the copies of their passports and identification numbers, notarized by them by own signature.
